Why there may be no report yet

A daily report needs a successful Shopify sync, enough store history, AI generation, and email delivery. New stores can need more data before trend analysis is reliable.

Not enough history

Reliable trend analysis needs at least 7 days of order history. Stores with no recent orders can still sync products and inventory, but the report will clearly state that history is insufficient.

Sync has not completed

The first sync must read Shopify products, inventory, and orders. If Shopify returns an authorization or rate-limit error, the app logs the issue and does not invent report data.

Email is not ready

Daily email requires a report email address, daily email enabled, and a configured sender domain. Test emails should be verified before public launch.

Billing or app status

In paid production, reports may require an active subscription. Uninstalled shops are skipped and do not receive daily reports.
