App status
When the app/uninstalled webhook is received and verified, the shop is marked inactive and the app no longer runs daily reports for that shop.
Uninstall
Uninstall and data deletion
The app is designed to stop using a shop access token and stop daily email work after Shopify sends the uninstall webhook.
Email delivery
Daily email delivery is disabled after uninstall. The cron job skips uninstalled shops and does not call Shopify with their access token.
Shop data deletion
When Shopify sends a verified shop/redact privacy webhook, the app deletes the stored shop record and associated operational data.
Customer privacy requests
Customer data privacy webhooks are verified before processing. The default MVP avoids customer analysis unless protected customer data access is approved and enabled.
